Swiss researchers working in Vietnam and Laos have been converting raw census data into a more usable form. They’ve created poverty maps which could help policy makers - from government ministries to multinational banks – allocate funds more efficiently. The project is supported by the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation. World Radio Switzerland’s Vincent Landon reports.
